Hong Kong, 13 April 2025 – The Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong officially started the Internet Voting for the 2025 National Elections Internet Voting for Hong Kong officially commenced after the Consulate’s Special Board of Electoral Inspectors (SBEI) conducted the unsealing of the Online Voting and Counting System (OVCS) and the initialization of the General Elections in Hong Kong in the presence of the public.
This year’s midterm election is the first to be conducted through Internet Voting. Eligible Overseas Filipino voters must complete the online enrollment at ov.comelec.gov.ph/enroll before casting their votes. Enrollment should be completed by May 7, 2025.
The Internet Voting for the 2025 National Elections will run from 13 April to 12 May 2025.
Individuals who encounter difficulties with enrollment and Internet Voting may proceed to the assistance stations at the MWO-OWWA OFW Global Centre, 18 th Floor, United Centre, Admiralty for assistance. The said stations are open on all days of the election, including public holidays, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
