Appointments

1. Effective immediately, passport applicants may secure appointments for the renewal of their passports by:

   1. calling telephone number (852) 2823 8500;
   2. pressing “6”;  and
   3. stating “passport  appointments” to the operator.

Checking if a passport is ready for pick-up

1. Applicants can check the availability of their passports via the link “goo.gl/DANOfm” and by looking for the “Application Number” in the Passport Receipt stub (see scanned copy below).

2. If your application number is not in the list, it means that your passport is not yet available for pick up.
