The Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong is pleased to inform all Filipino nationals and visitors to the Philippines that the e-Travel Customs System shall be implemented in the following Philippine international airports starting on 10 May 2024:
- Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Metro Manila);
- Mactan-Cebu International Airport (Metro Cebu);
- Francisco Bangoy International Airport (Metro Davao);
- Kalibo International Airport (Aklan);
- Caticlan International Airport (Aklan);
- Puerto Princesa International Airport (Palawan);
- Bohol International Airport (Bohol);
- Clark International Airport (Pampanga); and
- Laoag International Aiport (Ilocos Norte).
With the implementation of the e-Travel Customs System, all arriving and departing passengers in the above airports must complete the electronic Customs Baggage Declaration Form (CBDF) and electronic Currencies Declaration Form (CDF) at <https://etravel.gov.ph> or using the eGovPH application 72 hours prior to arriving or departing from the Philippines. The generated QR code shall then be presented to Philippine Immigration officials for confirmation
Paper forms of the CBDF and CDF are still available at the enumerated airports for passengers who have failed to use the e-Travel system before arrival or departure.
