The Consulate General of the Philippines in Hong Kong is pleased to inform the Filipino community that it is now accepting applications for organizations or individuals that will cover the 2025 National and Local Elections (NLE) in Hong Kong.

The following may apply for accreditation:
• Local media based in Hong Kong;
• Local media based in the Philippines but intends to cover the 2025 NLE in Hong Kong;
• International media;
• Freelancers;
• Other media, including but not limited to community, photo, television, and radio journalists; and
• Election observers or monitors.

Applicants must submit the following:
• Completed application form, which may be requested from the Overseas Voting Section or accessed at <https://bit.ly/HK_2025NLE_ACCR>
• Two (2) photographs measuring 2 x 2 inches, recently taken in the last six (6) months;
• Copy of valid passport or HKID; and
• An endorsement letter from the organization they are representing.
