The Consulate General of the Philippines in Hong Kong informs the Filipino Community that the enrollment link for the Online Voting and Counting System (OVCS) can be accessed at <ov.comelec.gov.ph/enroll>.

Enrollment is necessary for registered Overseas Filipino voters in Hong Kong to vote in the 2025 Philippine Elections. Enrollment may be completed until 𝟎𝟕 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓

For those individuals who experience issues with the enrollment platform, they may proceed to Counters 12,13, and 14 of the Philippine Consulate (14/F United Center, Admiralty) for assistance.
