Ms. Anna Theresa Licaros, Miss Universe-Philippines 2007, paid a courtesy call on Consul General Raly L. Tejada on Thursday, 27 January 2022.

Ms. Licaros offered her expertise as resource person to support the Consulate’s programs on financial literacy and women empowerment for OFWs in Hong Kong.
