The Consulate General of the Philippines in Hong Kong and Philippine Airlines (PAL) recently discussed ways to strengthen travel and cargo trade between the Philippines and Hong Kong. Following PAL’s courtesy call on Consul General Raly L. Tejada, PAL's newly appointed Regional Head for Greater China, Mr. Joe Kwok, who was accompanied by Mr. George S. F. Wong, Sales Manager - Hong Kong & Macau, and Ms. Estephanie Nanette D. Chan, Account Executive thanked the Consulate General for its unwavering support for the country's flag carrier. Mr. Kwok added that with the gradual opening of world travel, PAL is keen on expanding its flights to Hong Kong.

Also joining the meeting were Vice Consul Jose Angelo D.G. Manuel and Vice Consul Roberto B. Mabalot, Jr. of the Philippine Trade Investment Center - Hong Kong.
