Consul General Raly L. Tejada, together with Consul Paulo V. Saret (Assistance-To-Nationals) and Assistant Labor Attaché Antonio R. Villafuerte (POLO), paid a courtesy call on the newly-appointed Secretary for Labour and Welfare, the Honourable Chris Sun Yuk-han.

The Consul General congratulated Secretary Sun and wished him success on his new position. Both sides expressed a strong desire for continued strong and warm relations. Constructive discussions were also held on current issues affecting Filipino workers in the Territory which included a review of the current minimum allowable wage and strengthening welfare protection for Foreign Domestic Helpers during the current pandemic among others.
