The Consulate General of the Philippines recently conducted the first session of its pilot Language and Cultural Exchange Program with Philippine and Hong Kong university students on 26 October 2022.

Conducted completely online, the Program features cultural presentations from the Philippines and Hong Kong and provides an opportunity for students to exchange perspectives on their respective cultures. The exchanges are likewise an opportunity for the students to practice their English and Cantonese with their contemporaries.

The Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong conducted the program in partnership with the Hong Kong Metropolitan University, the Ateneo de Manila University, the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Hong Kong's Leisure and Cultural Services Department, and the National Commission of Culture and the Arts of the Philippines.
