9 October 2023 - Consul General Raly L. Tejada, together with Deputy Consul General Germinia V. Aguilar-Usudan and Vice Consul and Commercial Attaché Roberto B. Mabalot, Jr. of the Philippine Trade and Investment Center – Hong Kong (PTIC-HK), welcomed officials from the Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA) headed by Secretary Maria Belen S. Acosta.

Secretary Acosta took the opportunity to visit the Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong (PCG) to discuss possible initiatives and potential partnerships to promote the Davao-Hong Kong air linkage, and also to promote products and businesses from Mindanao.
