Hong Kong, 29 February 2024 — Jewelry enthusiasts flocked at the opening of the 40th Hong Kong International Jewellery Show today at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center.

The members of the Meycauayan Jewelry Industry Association (MJIA), headed by its Chairperson Cecilia Ramos, wowed the buyers at the show with the unique jewelry collection. Led by the Philippine Trade and Investment Centre in Hong Kong (PTIC-Hong Kong), Philippine jewelries were showcased by 1) Jevan Jewelry, 2) Bijoux by Lori Hermoso, 3) V.Y. Domingo Jewellers Incorporated, 4) Kit Silver Jewellery, and 5) Ricel’s Jewellery, The Philippine booth is located at HKCEC’s Hall 3G-C27.

Filipino exhibitors offered various range of export quality jewelries, such as antique-inspired gold jewelry, semi-precious stone jewelry, sterling silver jewelry, gem sets, fresh water pearls, South Sea pearls, gold filigree and other fine jewelries.

The Jewellery Show is organized by the Hong Kong Trade and Development Council (HKTDC). The show presents a world-class exhibition of timeless elegance and glamor of the jewelry industry from countries around the world.

The Jewellery Show will run until 4 March 2024 and is being held concurrently with HKTDC’s 10th Hong Kong International Diamond, Gem & Pearl Show at the AsiaWorld-Expo.

The twin jewellery shows that attracted over 4,000 exhibitors from more than 40 countries is a restoration of the “two shows, two venues” format of selected Hong Kong events for the first time since the pandemic.
