Hong Kong, 18 June 2024 – Representatives from Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. (Eton Properties), led by Senior Assistant Vice President and Head of Sales Mr. Robert Andrew G. Adriano, paid a courtesy call on the Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong, and were received by Vice Consul Allan G. Revote, Economic Officer, on 17 June 2024.

Eton Properties is the real estate brand of the Lucio Tan Group which specializes in office projects, commercial centers, mixed-use township developments, high-end and mid-income residential developments and land leases.

Eton Properties introduced their brand which had established its presence in key locations in Metro Manila, Sta. Rosa, Laguna and will soon rise in Mactan, Cebu. During their visit to Hong Kong, Eton Properties saw the potential of Hong Kong as a real estate investment market in view of the city’s skyrocketing property prices vis-à-vis the investment opportunities in the Philippine real estate market. Eton Properties aims to revitalize its brand in Hong Kong to further increase property investments in the Philippines, mainly targeting professionals and residents in Hong Kong.
