13 May 2025- Pursuant to Section 14 of COMELEC Resolution No. 11081, the Special Board of Canvassers (SBOC) for Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR officially convened for the Canvassing of the Overseas Voting of the 2025 National and Local Elections at 3 pm Hong Kong Time (3 pm Philippine Standard Time) of 12 May 2025. The Certificates of Canvass are posted at the Canvassing Center located at the OWWA OFW Global Center, 18/F United Center, Admiralty, Hong Kong.

Total Number of Registered Voters Included in the Canvass: 31,637
