Philippine Consul General Antonio A. Morales served as guest of honor and speaker at the graduation rites of CARD Hong Kong Foundation’s financial literacy course held on 29 April 2018 at the Bayanihan Center in Kennedy Town.

CARD Hong Kong Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in April 2010 that works for and on behalf of Filipinos living and working in Hong Kong. Its primary goal is to assist the OFWs and Filipino Community associations in Hong Kong through provision of financial literacy programs and other related educational training programs and services.
