Consul General Antonio A. Morales officiated the induction of the newly elected officers of United Sablan Association (USA) and Tuba-HK Organization on 29 April 2018 at Pier 10 in Central.

The organization, whose members are composed of members from the eight barangays of Sablan, namely: Balluay, Banengbeng, Bagong, Poblacion, Kamog, Pappa, Banangan and Bayabas, has as its primary goal the implementation of special projects that provide long-term benefits to the said communities.

The group is affiliated with the Benguet Federation Hong Kong, and currently has 60 active members.
