The Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong SAR confirms that the Hong Kong Government has lifted the Hong Kong SAR visa requirement for holders of Philippine diplomatic (blue) and official (red) passports on 23 April 2014. Said passport holders can once again enter Hong Kong visa-free for 14 days.
