Note: The NBI form is not a consular document. NBI clearance is still issued by the NBI office in the Philippines. However, the Philippine Consulate General (PCG) in Hong Kong assists applicants who are applying for NBI clearance through fingerprinting on the NBI Form No. 5 to be certified by the Consulate. Consular processing fee is HKD200 and will be released after two (2) working days.

Processing time for the application will take a maximum of five (5) working days upon receipt of documents.
