Assistance-to-Nationals (ATN) Section
This section of the Philippine Consulate General attends to matters relating to the following categories of Overseas Filipinos in distress:

Permanent Residents;
-
Tourists;
-
Transients; and
-
Non-Refoulement Claimants who entered Hong Kong as Tourists
For Overseas Filipino Workers, the Migrant Workers Office in Hong Kong and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration in Hong Kong are both open to receive your requests for ATN services. You may contact them through the following:

The Philippine Consulate General offers the following services for our Overseas Filipinos:

Preparation of temporary travel documents;

Assistance in medical-related cases;

Assistance in criminal cases

Assistance in immigration related cases (e.g., overstaying Filipino nationals or extension of stay due to meritorious cases);

Assistance in locating whereabouts of missing Filipino nationals;

Assistance to Filipinos facing court cases• Assistance to stranded Filipino nationals in Hong Kong ports;
-
Assistance to stranded Filipino nationals in Hong Kong ports;
-
Assistance in death-related cases;
-
Assistance in cases of human trafficking.

Please approach any ATN Officer who may be available from 9:00a.m.-4:00p.m., Sunday to Thursdays. For cases that need attention after office hours or Fridays and Saturdays, please call the Philippine Consulate General hotline at 9155-4023.
